Although there has been a relaxing of Covid safety rules in other areas, healthcare settings follow different regulations. Here is a summary of our routine.
All patients will receive a short Covid risk assessment approximately 2 days before their appointment
This will be emailed to you, so please check your inbox and spam/junk folder if it has not been received
If you have any difficulty with the e-form, please call us and we will be happy to assist and help you.
These forms are secure and encrypted and returned directly to our secure computer patient notes. We would ask that anyone feeling unwell. with a heavy cold or cough or upper respiratory tract infection re-arrange any routine appointments. Please contact us though if you do have a dental emergency.
You will be verbally triaged and assessed on arrival to check you have no new symptoms since completing your e-form.
Chaperones will also required to be triaged on arrival.
Our waiting room is now in use but with social distancing.
Please attend alone wherever possible and arrive no more than 5 mins before your appointment.
If you do have respiratory symptoms on arrival you will be asked to remain in the hallway.
Masks must be worn whilst in the practice until you are in a treatment room or asked to remove your mask by a member of staff.
We are achieving ventilation and air purification with specialist air purification units in each room.
