Appointments:
We see patients by appointment only during our normal opening
hours.
If you ask us for
an appointment , we will try to offer you one as soon as possible at
a convenient time. You can make an appointment by calling reception
on 01225 703232 during our normal opening hours.
We try our best
to be on time for appointments. The commonest cause of delays is late
attendance of patients, which has an inevitable knock on effect. We
respectfully ask patients to give themselves adequate time for travelling
and parking.
If you arrive late
for your appointment, we will do our best to fit you in, but this is
not always possible, so we would ask you to ensure you arrive on time.
If you are unable
to keep your appointment please let us know as soon as possible, so
that we can give that appointment to someone else. Missed appointments
waste NHS and dentists' time. If you miss 2 appointments and give less
than 24 hours notice, we may not be able to complete your treatment
or offer you NHS care in the future.
We regret that we
are unable to cancel, book or alter appointments via email, although
you can email to request we call you regarding an appointment. Please
ensure you provide a daytime contact phone number with your email. For
details on emailing us please see below.

Urgent &
Out of Hours Emergency Services
If you
have a dental emergency during Practice hours please call reception
on 01225 703232 for advice.
We can only offer
a small number of appointments for urgent dental treatments, during
normal opening hours. We will try to see patients at short notice for
real dental emergencies such as severe sudden pain or haemorrhage. Other
dental problems such as toothache, losts fillings or discomfort will
also be offered an appointment
We can also see
non-registered private patients in cases of geniune distress if we have
time available. In this case the patient will be asked to prepay a fixed
fee to cover an assessmentf appointment and then to pay for any treatment
needed.
As of 1 April 2006
Wiltshire PCT is responsible for urgent out-of-hours care in their area.
If you need to see a dentist urgently at night, weekends or during public
holidays, call the Emergency Out of Hours telephone number:
